  • Use the Eisenhower Matrix to prioritize tasks effectively based on urgency and importance.

  • Optimize productivity by understanding how to delegate, batch tasks, and manage their relationship with time.

Coaching and Mentoring is a Mindset and Skillset

  • Practice a Coaching Mindset vs. Directing: While understanding the leadership language of when to train, direct, or coach.

  • Adopt Probing Questions: Techniques for developing deeper team conversations.

  • Coaching Moments: Spotting opportunities to coach rather than direct.

  • Utilize a four-step Coaching method that is short and fast for performance improvements.

  • Provide feedback that is fact-based and helpful to their team members.

Leading Through Change with a Positive Approach

  • Apply the Vision, Skills, Incentives, and Resources framework to drive successful organizational change.

  • Turn resistance into growth opportunities using proven techniques for handling objections.

  • Foster trust during periods of change through clear, consistent communication.

Reflecting on Leadership Growth and Sustaining Success

  • Recap and integrate key leadership concepts, including Positive Mindset and Leadership, Accountability, Coaching, and Time Management.
